How hard is it to get into the green to gold active duty program?
Q. I'm putting together a packet for the green to gold active duty program. I already have a 4-year bachelor's degree, and some graduate level credit I took while active duty. I want to get a brand new 2-year master's degree through the program. I'm an E4 and I've been active duty for 3 years this August. What are my odds of being accepted into the program?

A. Impossible. It's just a fake program to make it look like the Army promotes enlisted to officer. Just apply for OCS you bum and quit trying to make a career out of going to school. Also E-4 after 3 years with a bachelors degree, I think you should be promoted already unless you are just slacking which will further hurt your chances of getting into the program.
